Note: We do not act as financial institutions, law firms, or investment advisors, nor do we guarantee the recovery of funds.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
• You are providing accurate and truthful information
• You are the authorized person involved in the case, or have legal authority to act on behalf of the victim

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are communicated transparently before service begins
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
• We do not charge commission on recovered funds unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement
• All payments must be made to Vilta Design and Services Cyprus LTD via official banking channels or approved payment processors

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we provide professional consulting and investigative support, we do not guarantee any successful fund recovery, chargeback, or legal resolution. All efforts are made on a best-effort basis depending on the quality of the case, documentation, and third-party cooperation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Not conceal or withhold relevant facts
• Understand that delays in response or lack of documentation may affect results

7. Confidentiality

We will treat all client information as confidential and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may be legally obligated to share information with authorities upon valid request.

8. Intellectual Property
